Error with Offline Address Book system folder

I am getting an error when I click on one of the off line
address book system folder it is An unhandled exception
has occured. ID no: c10306d3 Exchange System Manager.
I need to verify they have all replicated the Exchange
2000 server so I can remove the last 5.5 server in the
site.
