Hi,
Don't mess with the M drive - this drive is a virtuel drive and shouldn't be
touched at all.
The problem probably is that there is something wrong with the information
store or the information store service.
If all exchange services configured to start automatically are started try
to mount the information stores and if that fails see what the error
messages logged in the application store are.

You're trying to mount an M drive?
What exactly is it you're tryig to do? Is email working at all or is
it not working and you just think that the M drive is the root of your
