any documentation or reference website to setup ADC exch55 to ExcH2003. How
synchronize mailboxes between exch55 with exch2003?

Below is a good read in order to get a good understanding of ADC (most of
it also applies to Exchange 2003):

Exchange 2000 - Understanding and Deploying Exchange 2000 Active Directory
Connector:

But the ExDeploy utility actually does a pretty nice job guiding you
through the required steps.
