Hi there
We have a client running SBS 2003 + Exchange 2003
All contacts are stored in public contacts
End user requirement:
Search entire company for all activities related to this client – i.e.
search all information stored in mailboxes on exchange – tasks, meetings,
emails, journals
It is my understanding that it is not possible to search all exchange
mailboxes for activities related to a contact even if they are located in the
public folder
Is there another way to achieve the same result? i.e. macro/script to copy
all data from your exchange mailbox to a public folder that can in turn be
searched for activities?
Any help or ideas would be appreciated
I look forward to hearing from you
Cheers
Kim
