i just wanted to know if this is heathly state with this following.

Exchange 200 perfmon
Avg. Disk bytes/ transfer is = 50..
RPC averaged Latency is = 16..

Avg disk sec /read os = 10---- this should be good..

is this heathly, what is the best threshold i should trigger alerts for ?
