I have one user that when they try to open outlook, it prompts them for
thier password.
it has teh domain/username then in the next box, it asked for their
password.

Thier password has not changed. Yet they try typing in thier password, yet
it still does not let them in, it returns teh username and password box.
I reset their password, and that did not help.

They can sign on and off using their new password, but Outlook still does
not open.

Is it possible to have thier mailbox have a different password??

The OS on teh desktop is XP pro, the server is 2k and exchange is 2k

Is this user logging into the domain with the same account associated with
that mailbox?
