outlook and exchange 5.5

I have a windows xp machine on a nt4/exchange 5.5
network. I can send and recive e-mails fine no issue
except when I try to right click on a file and use the
send to option it opens up a e-mail window that looks
different then the norm and also when I go to click to
and select a user from my contacts I only get two options
(main idenity and sharred contacts." I should have global
contacts come up. I also get this in excel and word when
I try the sendto/mail recipient option. How do I fix this
issue, please help. I have tried to reinstall the office
pack and reconnect to exchange server but same issue.
This is the only workstation having this issue.

You have Outlook Express set as your default mail client, not MS Outlook.
Go into Control Panel and open the Internet Options applet. Click on the
Programs tab and change EMail to MS Outlook.

Try that and let me know if that wasn't the problem.
