Am having problems that outlook is not reflecting the latest update even
pressing F9 clearing offline items is the temporary workaround or accessing
OWA directly to the server.

It affect some clients but not all the clients and connecting to the
exchange server accross the WAN via a site to site VPN

Hello Randall,

How much is the ost files? What is the version of your outlook?
As a work around, you can backup the current ost file and then rename it,
enabling the cache mode will create a new one and synchronize with the
server reconstructing a new sound ost file.
