I have a user who receives sync errors whenever he opens up outlook, but not
when we press "send/rec". The URL included is not a helpful link.

12:39:44 Error synchronizing folder
12:39:44 [8004010F-501-8004010F-0]

This looks like you have a bad or corrupted piece of mail in your junk mail
folder. Looking at the following errors:

C:\WINDOWS\system32>err 8004010F
# for hex 0x8004010f / decimal -2147221233
ecNotFound ec.h

C:\WINDOWS\system32>err 501
ecNoReadRight ec.h

Trying deleting the items in the junk mail folder before you try to push
them up to the server via sync.
