Sporadic senders are receiving this NDR lately to sporadic internet e-mail
addresses. Once it starts happening to a specific recipient, it continues to
happen.

In addition to the original problem. I'm using Exchange 5.5 with all hot
fixes available for download. Examples of the email text that is in the NDR
