how to restrict users accessing/browsing specific websites

kindly suggest me the procedure (exchange 2003/isa 2004) for restricting each
and every users to access specific websites only.

i.e one user should be allowed to browse only the specific websites
permitted by the administrator.

Hi - Exchange doesn't have anything to do with this. You should post in an
ISA newsgroup for help.

Restrict outbound mail for some users I have an Exchange 2003 server. I need to prevent a group of users from being able to send email outside of the organization. What is the best way to do this? I already have the Default SMTP Virtual Server running for users that can send & receive externa
