When this happens, in the application event viewer, this errors shows up:
Unable to query the W3SVC (HTTP) service performance data. The error code
returned by the service is data DWORD 0.
All exchange services, iis admin, and web, go down; TSWeb still works.
What it's causing this; how can it be fixed.
Thank yo.
NL

Hi,

Impossible to say with the information supplied.

What version of Exchange?
What version of Windows server
Is the server fully patched (both exchange and windows)
No further events logged?
What name/version of exchange aware antivirus are you using?
Any specific time this happens?

Leif
