I need your help to figuer out my problem.

note all below domain name was dume for security purpose.


presently i have windows & exchange 2000 server working fine without having
any problem

johny@jenku.com ( this is my e-mail and domain name)

we have one more company in china there we are using visnitic mail server
working fine with out
any problem.

johny@jenku.com.cn ( this is my e-mial and domain name in china)


we are able to send mail to any domain no issue & we are able to send mail
from jenku.com to
jenku.com.cn & visa versa there was no problem.

From fast four day's am facing problem was am unable to send mail's from
jenku.com to jenku.com.cn
all the mails's in Queue in exchange 2000 server. But am able to receive
mail's from
jenku.com.cn to jenku.com

jenku.com able to send & receive mail's to other's domain like hotmail ,
yahoo, etc... expect this
but unable to send mail to jenku.com.cn.

in jenku.com.cn can send and receive all mail's ther was no problem but
unable to receive mail's from
jenku.com.

what should be the cause please any one figure out. am cracking my head from
4 day's still problem not solved
