Hi,

Please elaborate.

You perform a backup of the exchange information store and the later try to
restore the information store?

If you used ntbackup to perform the backup you won't be able to select
anything else than the information store to restore and you won't see any
data in the backup window.

hi sir
i make the backup on windows 2000 server . after the backup is done , it
give an exclamation error on the folder .

Hi,

Look in the application log. It should tell you if the exchange backup is
run without any issues.
