The server has been running just fine for awhile and over the weekend the
email seems to be stuck in the SMTP que. There is no outgoing email or
inbound email. We can send email internally though.

I ran exchange help for mail flow and it found the following problems...

No pointer found for IP address [Server IP]
Port 25 did not respond - I checked the router and port 25 has been opened
and assigned to server IP
Mail acceptance failure

Could be a Router issue, did you reboot the router since email is working
internally? Also try restarting your SMTP VS in ESM.

Have you changed your firewall settings? or any Interrnal or/and external DNS
setting changed recently?
