delegate Exchange role to mange a particular OU

Can I delegate "recipient administrator" role to group to manage particular
OU ONLY? I have a decentralize security model and in most remote offices
there is a local support staff (group) that perform day to day typical
operations creating AD user accounts etc

I would like to delegate "exchange recipient administrator" so that they can
create/manage users in their assigned dept office OU only and not any other
OU in the forest. How can I do this?

You can technically. However you will need to assign the permissions to
delegated people in Active Directory for different OUs. It is not easy but
doable.

Have you looked into third party application?

Thanks for reply.

I have delegated permission to local helpdesk to manage OU. I know there is
not easy to assign the relevant exchange permission, but Microsoft has
similar solution about it.

I am not interested in the 3rd party solution but I want to know how people
deal with the similar problem.
