Hi,

In active directory you delegate permissions for the users to manage user
accounts in OU's specified by you. In Exchange server these users need to be
read only admins to be able to create mailboxes. If you install windows
admin pack and exchange system manager on an administrative workstation they
can work from that.

Moving mailboxes from one organization to another Is there an easy way to move mailboxes to an exchange server that is not part of the was thinking I might have to save each person's mailbox as a .pst file and then import it into the new organization. Is there any easier way? Thank you.

Getting space back after moving or deleting mailboxes I understand that nightly online defrags help to reclaim used database space, but not all. Is it worth it to do an offline defrag? I have heard good and bad things about doing these. TIA.
