TnefWriter - How to Add A MAPI Named Property To A Message

I'm writing routing agents for Exchange 2007 and want to added a MAPI named
property to the message. I've searched and haven't been able to find any
samples or discussions about using TnefWriter. Has anyone had any experience
with the TnefWriter?
