I am running Microsoft Exchange2000 on a Windows 2000 Server, also I am
running outlook 2003 . if I enable absent assistant on my outlook2003 on
workstations it worked for intern Email and massages’ but it doesn’t
worked for extern email and massages.

Please help.

Hi,

This is because it is not allowed on the exchange server. You can find the
configuration under global settings.
