I am having some trouble with my OWA users. They are getting encrypted
e-mails from one of our vendors but are unable to open them because of an
issue documented here:

What the heck is Zero Download Messenger Proxy and how can I enable it on my
Exchange 2000 ent. server system? Full Outlook clients have no problems
accessing this info...it's just my OWA users.
