Upgraded our DCs to 2003, will raising forest level impact e

Hi All,

We are upgrading our Windows 2000 Server AD domains (parent and child) to
Server 2003. We have successfully upgraded all DCs in both domains to Server
2003 SP1. We also installed the 2003 admin tools. Things are replicating and
working fine. The final step is raising the forest functional level which in
turn will automatically raise our domain functional levels to server 2003.

I saw an article referencing the ADC in exchange as related to a forest
level upgrade but it appears to be exchange 5.5 only that is affected.

2 Questions:

1)Will this have any impact on our exchange 2000 server?

2)will I need to install the 2003 admin tools on the ecxhange server, and
what is the process?
