Hi
We use Exchange and Outlook 2003. We want to rate how much last between
sending a message and reading it (and probably answering it too). Our purpose
is to get an indicator on how proficient are persons attending the e-mail
within our organisation. For instance, is Person A lasting a day or a week in
reading an e-mail sent by her boss?
Is there any out-of-the-box solution for this?
If not is there any commercial one? If so, which ones? Is there a
third-party review of them?

Thank you very much in advance.
