I am trying to move mailboxes from one Information Store to another on
the same exchange server (EX 2003). I get the following error message
when attempting this.

- buildNumber="7638" runningAs="COwen@jones.internal.corp">

cn=Microsoft Exchange/cn=JONES/cn=Administrative Groups/cn=CORPORATE/
cn=Servers/cn=CORPMAIL/cn=InformationStore/cn=First Storage Group/
cn=Mailbox Store (CORPMAIL)

errorCode="0x00000000" />

The information store could not be opened. The logon to the
Microsoft Exchange Server computer failed. MAPI 1.0 ID no:

cn=Microsoft Exchange/cn=JONES/cn=Administrative Groups/cn=CORPORATE/
cn=Servers/cn=CORPMAIL/cn=InformationStore/cn=First Storage Group/
cn=Mailbox Store (JONES SECURITIES)

I have been able to perform this operation in the past, but can't for
some reason now. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks so much for any and all help.

It's a permissions problem. 80040111 is MAPI_E_LOGON_FAILED.

Are you running move mailbox from the server? Have you tried

No, I am running this using ESM on my own PC. I will try this on the
Exchange server and let you know. I have not tried increasing the
corrupt message count (actually, I don't know how to do this).

Thanks!
