This is related to the 'event 9519 mounting public store' thread posted
earlier. While we can now mount the store, we're unable to replicate and
view public folders from our other Exchange server. When we try to expand
the Public folders in ESM we get an error 'The requested name is valid, but
no data of the requested type was found' with error code c0072afc. We
corrected the DNS settings on the Exchange server which were still pointing
to the failed DC, but that was hours ago and still no replication, and the
same error.

Another issue is that there is no longer an account tied to the
SystemMailbox{GUID} in ESM. The mailbox is red-x'ed and is disabled. We
discovered this when we ran the cleanup agent to clear out the test
mailboxes that we set up on the old domain. The MS Exchange system Objects
in AD shows only one SystemMailbox account with a different GUID which
matches the mailbox on our other Exchange server. I'm thinking that when the
DC went down and took the domain with it, the SystemMailbox account was
lost. Is it possible to create a new SystemMailbox account and reconnect?

This server is not in production yet right?

To be honest after all this server has been through I would perform a
resinstall of Exchange 2003 + SP + fixes
