Showing the contact book on OWA - Outlook Web Access

Hello,

I'm using the Outlook Web Access / Exchange Server 2003 and I have a little problem. I want that when the OWA user open the address book, he see the list full. This list is coming empty for me... Do anybody knows how can I do it
