Sharing calenders over different Exchange orgs. and domains

Hello,

I have two Exchange organisations (located in two different domains - both
Exchange 2003)
which i would like to be able to share calender info and addresslists.

How do i set that up ?.

Do i need to setup trust for the domains ?.
