Setup /PrepareAd and Setup /PrepareSchema after Exchange 200

These 2 commands were not run prior to installing Exchange 2007 and I was
just wondering if this will cause any problems down the road and if it's
possible to run the commands now after I already installed Exchange 2007.

They are run automatically on your first installation of Exchange 2007.
