I have a Windows 2000 domain with Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2000, 2002, 2003
clients.

I have several mailboxes which are essentially just email routers that use
server side rules to redirect incoming email to designated recipients.

My problem is that these mailboxes have reached the storage limit for rules
and I need to add more.

What I am looking for are any solutions or third-party applications for
Exchange that will process intra-organizational email destined to a certain
mailbox and, based on the sender address, redirect the email to an alternate
recipient.
This would need to be a server side process and also, it would be nice if
there were no limitations on the number of rules that would be processed.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

TIA

Charles

Did you ever receive any kind of response to this? I'm curious how it
relates to a problem I'm having. I had a bunch of rules configured in
Outlook. SOme are server isde and some are client. Now all ofthe sudden
some of the client side rules will not stay enabled. whenever I try to
anable them I'm told there is no room for them. Where are they actually
stored? The rules haven't changed in 6 months yet all of a sudden, I
can't keep 14 of them enabled.
