Does anyone know of a script that would remove an email address proxy
(@domain1.com) from the email addresses property of an AD user Objects or all
AD User Objects?

So for example if i have @domain1.com in all of the users email address
properties in Active Directory under a 2003 AD I want to run a script that
removes this email domain from each and every user object.

Any Ideas on a script or VBscript or other code that is available?

Thanks!

Hello,

if the email address is part of the recipient policy, a script won't help
you as the RUS (Recipient Update Service) will recreate those email
addresses. You should change the recipient policy instead.

Kind regards,

I have already removed the domain proxy from the Recipient Update Policy, but
that does not remove the domain address from the AD User objects.

Hence, my call to the wild for a script that allows me to run through all AD
user objects and remove an email domain from their email addresses.

Thanks,
Richard
