| I am using Outlook 2000 to setup mailboxes for use as Resource Rooms
|
| I have set the Resource Scheduling options to automatically process
| meeting requests and cancellations.
|
| It is now accepting meeting requests. However, if a user deletes a
| meeting in the originators calendar, then the meeting shows up as
| "Canceled: ????? " in the resource. It did not used to do that
| before I just applied a bunch of security patches to the server.
|
| Is there any way that this entry can be automatically deleted from the
| resource calendar instead of being marked as cancelled?????
|
| Thanks
| Gordon
