Hi Everyone!!

Thanks in advance for the help. I was wondering how and what i would
need to do to track messages being sent out of my exchange server? I
use a 3rd party server to filter spam which exchange has an SMTP
Connector. the outbound queue does work but it just takes sooooo long
to actually leave the exchange server, my 3rd party SPAM GW accepts
messages but it is sitting on exchange for 20minutes +. The reason it
states is just queued and not in a try state. How do i start logging
these type of issues to see what exactly is going on with my exchange
server and why it is not letting mail out in a timely fashion.

I did try dddiag and it passed the test's.

thanks,
HC

Hi,

Enable SMTP logging on the virtuel SMTP server and see if that helps.
