Hi all,

I have a strange problem with my Exchange 2000 server. A user
complains that when he sends an email, the recipient doesn't recieve
it for 3 or 4 days sometimes (even if the recipient is part of our own
Exchange Organisation).

I was sceptical but sure enough when I use message tracking in the ESM
to find one of the emails he sent, it shows the email spent 3 days
being processed. These are the Message Tracking results:

8/10/2007 7:30AM - SMTP Store Driver: Message Submitted from Store
8/10/2007 7:30AM - SMTP: Message Submitted to Advanced Queuing
9/10/2007 10:11AM - SMTP: Message Submitted to Advanced Queuing
10/10/2007 12:30PM - SMTP: Message Submitted to Advanced Queuing
10/10/2007 12:30PM - SMTP: Started Message Submission to Advanced
Queue
10/10/2007 12:31PM - SMTP: Message Submitted to Categorizer
10/10/2007 12:31PM - SMTP Store Driver: Message Delivered to Store to
BDavies@.........

There are no emails in the queue's for this server.

Any ideas about why this could be happening?

Regards,

Paul
