Hi,

I have setup a Room Mailbox for users that need to book meetings for the
companies boardroom. I have given myself full access to this mailbox, but how
do each User use this mailbox?.

Many Thanks

John

What version of Exchange are you using?

In Exchange 2007 you need to set the autoattendant conditions and set the
booking policies. See
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124987(EXCHG.80).aspx for more
information on how to do this.

Another good article on how to create and manage resaource mailboxes in
Exchange 2007 can be found here:

Yeah I forgot to say I am using Exchange 2007 and that command

switches, but ill have to find out what they do.
