Retrieve Organizer - Exchange 2007

Hi
I'm currently retrieving room reservation information via the
GetUserAvailability EWS method (calendarEvent.StartTime,
calendarEvent.EndTime, calendarEvent.BusyType, calendarEventDetails) which is
great, what I can't find is the Organizer. Does anyone know how I can get
the organizer for meetings through this web service. Thanks in advance for
any help you can provide.
