hi,
I have ex2003 server.
I have a meeting room , and a person that is in charge of this meeting room.
This person must get an email everytime that the meeting room was ordered.
1. I undersoud I must apply an auto accept agent for this issue , besuase if
I am working with free booking ? Is it true ? if not how can i do it ?
2. I checked the auto accept agent but did not see any option to configure
the person that need to get the orders of the meeting room . I just saw that
I can register a resource to the auto accetp agent , but this is not good
enough for me.
How can i confgiure with the autoi accept agent that the person will get the
orders to the meeting room in his email ???
thanks................

Hi,

No need to use auto accept if you need a mail to a resource owner . Just
assign this user as a delegate on the resource mailbox and it should work.

hi,
It does not working...
When I configure this person to be a delagate and someone order the resource
, the person did NOT get a mail about the meeting that was ordered.
Why ?
Are you sure it must work ?
As far as I undersoud the delagate will get a mail ONLY IF THE MEETING ROOM
WILL BE ORDERED NOT AS A RESOURCE. BUT THEN THE PERSON MUST APPROVE OR
DeCLINE THE MEETING. wHICH MEANS THAT I AM NOT WORKING WITH FREE BOOKING. So
this is not a good solution for me.
Helppppppppppppppppp.....
