Hi

We have sbs 2003 which comes with exchange.
We don't use exchange so i no nothing about it.

The server c drive is full. There is a exchange data
file that is 4gb. Is there a simple way i can shrink#it or move it to
another drive

Hmmm; you've posted in a group for Exchange 2000, however. SBS2003 comes
with Exchange 2003. General-purpose Exchange questions are best posted in
microsoft.public.exchange.admin (always mention your version & SP level when
posting in there), but read on...

I'm going to presume you meant to write "know nothing."

You should move your
databases & logs off of C (as suggested already) but you probably also have
other stuff there that was part of the default SBS setup and which would
better reside on another volume. I don't personally like any data files on
the OS volume.

I suggest you post in microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs for more expert
help with SBS, as it does a lot of things differently.

You should also consider *using* Exchange since you have it - it's much
easier than supporting numerous workstation mail clients w/local data files
& internet mail accounts. If you're responsible for managing this server it
would be good for you to learn a bit more about how it works- the SBS people
should be able to help you out a lot.
