I have RRAS running on a Windows 2000 Server SP4 (2 Nic's - both on same
subnet with static IP and gateway). We are experiencing a problem when users
(including myself) keep getting disconnected around the 60 - 62 minute
timeframe. Periodically, the same users are able to remain logged in for
longer periods (from 4 to even 10 hours). Anyone have an idea of what might
be causing users to get disconnected? The Event Viewer logs indicate that
the connection was disconnected at User Request. In all cases, the users
"Idle time before hanging up" is configured for never. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
