I 'm using public folders and have a contact list that everyone has access
to. I had to restore the Public data base and now when you go the the Public
Folders Contact list do a right click go to properties there is no permission
tab. We use to have it setup so no users could delete contacts but now I
can't control it. Need help on this fast.

Hi,

Because you are no longer the owner of that folder. I you get the properties
of the folder in exchange system manager on the client permissions tab you
should be able to add a user account with owner permissions.
