Public Folder Replication Does Not Work on Some Public Folder

We have three Exchange Server 2003. Two Exchange Server with Cluster (Two
Node Active Passive) at same site and third is stand alone (no cluster) at
remote site. I have configured Public Folder Replication on all three Servers.

I have noticed that Public Folder Replication has stop working on some of
the folder. It works well with other folders but some does not work.

I tried following to resolve.

--> I have tried sending Resend Chagnes... that does not solve
--> I have tried creating New Folders on any server that also does not
replicate to any other server.
--> I have enabled Replication Diagnosis Logging on one of the Server
(Remote Server) and it shows following 3 different Event Logs

* Event 1 *
===========
Unexpected replication thread error 0x80040107 on database "First Storage
Group\Public Folder Store (MAILSERVER3)".

EcSeekReplState
EcReplMessageUnpack

* Event 2 *
===========

Error 0x80040107 occurred while processing an incoming replication message
on Public Folder Store "First Storage Group\Public Folder Store
(MAILSERVER3)".

* Event 3 *
===========

An incoming replication message was not processed.

Recent Changes was done on the system

We have recently allowed (about one Week ago) second domain email ID using
Recipient Update Policy on Exchange Server. (Does those changes affected
Public Folder Replication?)

Please Advice on this problem.

Thanks.
