Please help can't start IIS Administrator in services - I'm running Window
Server 2003 R2 64 and Exchange Server 2007 - This is the error message I get
see in Event Viewer = Unable to create (IIS) directory entry.

So, in the error in event viewer, is there some hex dump data you clould
share with us?

I think 2146959355 simply means invalid call or unhandled error or something
like that. I'd look for further information in the sytem or application
logs. Often times, an error code is in the dump data of an event.
