Hi All,

I have installed Exchange server in our premises and my MX and External DNS
is hosted outsite.
How I can pull my mail from external to on my exchange server, since my
exchange is configured on private IP and able to ping and lookup the external
domain and MX record.

Thanx in Advance
Regards
Muneer Khan

Since you configured your MX and DNS to external inorder to fetch the emails
to your exchange server you must contact your ISP to redirect all the emails
to your exchange server. Incase if you use SBS Server then you can use POP3
download manager or else on your client outlook or OE you need to make use of
POP3 to fetch the emails directly from the server.

Regarding the outbound of emails you need to configure your external ISP Dns
in the DNS Management console of your IP forwarders list rather than
configuring it in the Default SMTP Virtual Server External DNS tab.
