Out of office not working after migration to exch2003

Hi
I have one user that i can not get his OOO working. He was recently migrated
from 5.5 to 2003 however i'm not sure if that is what is causing the issue.
others work just fine. When i log into his profile while outlook, i get the
promt "Out of office assistance is enabled, do you want to turn it off" but
when i send a test email to the user i do not get OOO back.
