Has anyone performed this type of migration? Is there a
whitepaper where I can learn more on planning an Oracle
migration to Exchange 2000? Thank you,

I don't think there is a whitepaper on this, but Oracle is just a POP3/IMAP
application. There is a migration CD available from Microsoft that should
help you.
