When trying to open an attachment with resume.doc in Outlook it says it
cannot create the file. However if the file has a name Paulresume.doc it
opens fine. Also, when I send it over to my hotmail account resume.doc opens
fine. Also, I cannot save the document to my desktop as it gives the same
answer
