Online backup service which restores mail items?

We have been using the LiveVault backup-over-internet service for a remote
site and it works very well. However they can not restore individual mail
items like we can do at HQ using Brightstor (Arcserve). they can only
restore the PRIV and PUB.

Does anyone know of another such internet backup service which can restore
exchange mail items?

No - but can't you use deleted item retention?
