Hello @all,

at first, i am sorry about my bad english, i am german.
so, now my problem..

i have an exchange 2003 cluster (active/passiv). both nodes works correctly,
except outlook webacces an smex
on onde works fine (the first node)
the other node brings some words but no pictures and so on. i see two
frames, but i can't click anything.
on the cluster is the smex 7.0 by trendmicro installed. on the first node i
can configure the smex via http, on the other node i become an error, that i
have no permissions.
on both nodes the iis have the same configuration.
strange is, that the firefox browser becomes more information in owa as the
ie. iwith firefox i can read my emails. it shows not correctly but some
functions working. for example i can read the mails. but i can't press the
send button when i write a email.

only different between the both notes.
on the first note windows is installed in c:\winnt and on the second node in
c:\windows
i had read somewhere, that this configuration should bring no problems.

it seems that the iis is not working corectly.


can someone help me?

im sure its very late to answer this ... your design should include another
exchange server, configured as a front-end server. This server is what
should be connected to for your OWA sessions.

Thanks for the replay,

the config with a Frontend-Server works fine, but it ist not the solution
for the problem.
