OWA 2003 Password Change

After upgrade front end servers to E2k3 and W2k3, I can not change password
from owa. I can see the change password screen and write user, domain, old
password and new password informations. Then I push the ok button I take
this error message;

Internet Service Manager
for Internet Information Server 6.0

Error: General access denied error

Did you ever find a solution to this problem. We have the same thing
happening and, as usual, can't find anything in Technet for this error.
