Personal calendars and Public calendars

I just implemented Exchange 2000 in my company.
Previously each client just used Outlook XP or 2000 or
2003. I want to be able to import the appointments from
the clients Outlook into the public calendar. How can
this be done? Also, how can I import each client's
contacts into public contacts?
