We are migrating our Apps and Exchange to a seperate server so we can rebuild
the original one. Exchange 2000 SP3 is on the original server and needs to
be moved to the new one. My predecessor's filing system rivals a blind chimp
and we cannot find the Exchange CD. Is there any way that I can copy files
to a CD and install it on the new machine and migrate the mailboxes? The new
server is 2003 R2 x64, if that makes a difference. The old server is 2000.

Hi,

You need the exchange cd to be able to install exchange server
plus:
Exchange 2000 can't run (is not supported) on windows server 2003
Exchange server 200x can't run on a 64 Bits OS.
