I have a client is running Exchange 5.5. They were being
used as a relay and have now fixed that problem. The
person who has been using the server as a relay is still
doing that and all the NDR's are getting the Q's backed up
and causes the IMC to hang.

Has anyone seen anything like this and have any idea how
to make it stop?

Steve
